This policy explains what information Adgroup.space (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers the website at https://adgroup.space. If you have questions, email help@adgroup.space.
1. Information we collect
Information you send us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, subject and message, and any other information you choose to include. We use it only to read and answer your message and to improve the website. The form is sent by email to our contact mailbox; we do not add you to any mailing list.
Technical information in server logs
Like most websites, our web server (provided by our hosting company) automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time. This is used for security, fault-finding and basic capacity planning.
Information stored on your device
The game stores one value, your best break, in your browser’s local storage under the name sb_best. It stays on your device, is not sent to us, and you can delete it by clearing your site data. We do not require accounts and we do not collect any information about you through the game itself.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
At the time of writing, Adgroup.space does not set its own cookies. Local storage is used as described above. Third-party services may set cookies or similar identifiers if they are enabled in the future, as explained in the sections on analytics and advertising.
3. Analytics
We do not currently use any analytics service. If we add one later, we will update this policy beforehand and, where the law requires, ask for your consent before it runs.
4. Advertising
We plan to apply to show advertisements through Google AdSense to help cover the cost of running the website. No advertisements are shown unless and until the owner of the site has been accepted into that programme and has switched the ad code on. If advertising is switched on:
- Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, which can include ads based on your previous visits to this or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can manage personalised advertising in Google’s Ads Settings or learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- Where the law requires consent, for example for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we will present a consent message from a certified consent-management platform before personalised advertising is shown, and you will be able to change your choice.
Advertisements are kept separate from the game controls, and we do not encourage anyone to click on ads.
5. How we use information, and our legal bases
- To respond to your messages — our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps you ask us to take.
- To keep the website secure and working — our legitimate interest in running a safe service.
- To show advertising or run analytics, if enabled — your consent where required by law.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with our hosting and email providers who process it on our behalf, with advertising partners as described above if advertising is enabled, and with authorities where the law requires.
7. Retention
Emails and form messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, and then deleted. Server logs are retained for the period set by our hosting provider.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw consent and to complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise these rights, email help@adgroup.space.
9. Children
The website is a general-audience snooker game and guide and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Links to other websites
Some pages link to external websites, such as Google’s privacy tools. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other sites.
11. Security
We serve the website over HTTPS and take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website changes, for example if analytics or advertising is added. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
